Governor business takes place through 3 main committees:

Full Governing Body (FGB)

The Full Governing Body (FGB) provides strategic leadership and oversight for the school, helping to ensure high standards of education and pupil outcomes. It holds school leaders to account, monitors performance, and oversees finances and compliance to support the school’s long-term success.

Standards and Resources Committee

This committee has been disbanded, from July 2026, to allow fuller discussions and wider circulation of information through the Full Governing Board (FGB).

Sarah Newman will be acting as ‘Lead’ on this important area of school.

Ethos Committee
