I hope you feel able to respond positively, but I do not want you to feel any pressure to sign the form if you are not in agreement with the undertakings, and there will not be any implication if you do not. The section for your children to sign is also voluntary and it will be up to your discretion as to whether you feel your child understands what they are signing. Thank you for your support.
