Pantomime Letter

Dear Parent/Guardian

Pantomime: Thursday 12th December

Thank you to those parents who were able to come to the short ‘Panto Volunteer’ meeting yesterday. It was very much appreciated. I would like to confirm the arrangements with everyone:

  • All children, and adults who are coming, are to meet in the hall at 1.30pm. Children will already have been to the toilet.
  • Everyone has been asked to bring a healthy snack and a drink for the interval. Please do not give your child any money as they will not be allowed to spend it and may lose it.
  • Everyone has been reminded about being safe on steps/stairs, to stay with their adult and to behave appropriately.
  • There are six parents (Mrs Cooke, Mrs Clarke, Mrs Love, Mrs Vitale, Mrs Sampson and Mrs Talbert) who have kindly volunteered to help with transporting children. Many thanks to you all.
  • Everyone will be back at school by 5.30pm approximately to collect their belongings from the classroom.

We are all looking forward to watching ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’ tomorrow and we know that everyone will have lots of fun. Thank you again to the Friends for paying for the coach. It has helped us greatly.
If your child isn’t going to the Pantomime, fun Christmas activities will be happening in school in the afternoon with Mrs Haynes and Mrs Western.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy Christmas and remind you about the Christmas celebrations next week:
